Advanced Permit Services is a family run business located in South Orange County, CA. With a background in the construction industry we discovered two main things that led to the start of our permit processing business.
1- Construction professionals hate pulling permits. They would rather be doing almost anything other than spending their valuable time in line at the planning counter waiting to process a building permit – they would rather be spending that time generating more profit for their company.
2- We’re actually pretty good at it. We have a thorough, patient approach with an eye for detail that lends itself to the permitting process and helps prevent time consuming errors.
And so Advanced Permit Services was born with an emphasis on delivering exceptional customer service and value to the construction industry.

As a value add to our HVAC contractors, we’ve added HERS Testing to help streamline the process thus allowing our clients to focus on their business instead of spending time building multiple relationships and tracking multiple vendors. Our certified HERS Raters are well trained and up to date on all certifications.
